Acceptable use — hosting

Applies to free and paid sites on hosted.ianasher.com (CloudPanel).

Fair use (free tier)

• About 2048 MB disk and 50,000 inodes.
• Reasonable CPU/RAM for a brochure or staging app — not a video CDN, not a crawl farm.
• One primary site per signup unless we agree otherwise.

Prohibited

• Spam, phishing, malware, bulletproof hosting, open relays.
• Cryptocurrency mining, anonymous scanning, or attacking other networks.
• Content that is illegal under US or Texas law, including CSAM. We will terminate and report.
• Reselling the free tier as a white-label host without a contract.

Operations

We may suspend a site that threatens the hypervisor or neighbors. Backups on the free tier are best-effort. Bring your own offsite copy if the data matters.
