Terms of service

These terms cover consulting, resale, and hosting offered by ianAsher Open Solutions, LLC.

Quotes and resale

Catalog prices are samples or estimates. Manufacturer MAP/MSRP is not a promise of street price. Lead times follow the distributor. Authorized-reseller status is a per-brand flag in our admin; a listing is not an authorization claim.

Services

Project work is scoped in writing. Retainers track hours. After-hours support is a rider. We may subcontract specialists; we remain the contracting party unless a statement of work says otherwise.

Hosting

Free-tier CloudPanel sites are revocable for AUP violations or resource abuse. Paid hosting is invoiced via QuickBooks unless a contract says Stripe. This platform is not WHMCS; there is no implied WHMCS license or feature parity.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by Texas law, liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before the claim for the engagement at issue. We do not warrant that a compliance design “certifies” you — auditors do that.

Law

Texas law, Montgomery County venue, except where federal law requires otherwise.
