Projects have an end. Consulting hours are tracked. We will not pretend a helpdesk is a design practice, and we will not leave you with a pile of gear and a PDF.

Overview

Design: surveys, diagrams, standards, risk, and a bill of materials that includes optics and licenses.

Deploy: stage, rack, cut over, validate with evidence. Change requests are written down.

Consulting packs: hourly or block hours for architecture reviews, assessments, and “come tell us if this is a bad idea.”

Hardware and software can ride the same quote. The person who drew the fabric is available for the window.
