Privacy policy

ianAsher Open Solutions, LLC (“ianAsher”), 550 Club Dr Suite 470, Montgomery, TX 77316, collects only what a quote, cart, consult, or hosting signup needs.

What we collect

• Contact fields you submit (name, email, phone, company, message).
• Catalog cart contents in a session cookie.
• Hosting signup records, including the subdomain you request and provisioner logs.
• Server logs (IP, user agent) for abuse and uptime.

How we use it

To quote, invoice (often via QuickBooks Online), provision CloudPanel sites, and support contracts. We do not sell personal information. Distributor portals are opened by staff with their own logins — we do not store Ingram/D&H/Synnex passwords in this application.

Retention

Quotes, orders, and hosting records are kept for the life of the commercial relationship and as required by tax/compliance rules. You may email support@ianasher.com to request a correction.

Processors

Email delivery, Calendly (if you book), QuickBooks Online (invoices and Intuit-hosted card checkout), optional Stripe, and CloudPanel hosting on hosted.ianasher.com. Each has its own terms. Infrastructure hostnames are not published to customers.
